Carla Maria Teixeira Coelho. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ, 2003); Master’s degree in Architecture from the UFRJ (2006), focusing on history and the preservation of built heritage; and PhD from the Graduate Program in Architecture and Urban Planning at the Universidade Federal Fluminense. She is an architect with the Casa de Oswaldo Cruz’s Department of Historical Heritage and teaches at the Casa’s Non-degree Graduate Program in the Preservation and Management of Cultural Heritage in the Sciences and Health. She has experience in the preservation of cultural heritage, with a focus on the preventive conservation of cultural assets.
